A recipe for 12 Snickers Balls
For the base:
- 240gr Oat Flour
- 115gr Coconut Flower Syrup (or Maple Syrup)
- 110gr Peanut Butter
- 25gr Cacau Nibs
- 45gr Coconut Oil
- Pinch of Sea Salt
For the coating:
- 150gr Dark Chocolate 70%
- 200gr Peanuts, roasted and chopped
Weigh all the base ingredients in a bowl. With your hands, mix them until you have a smooth dough. Taste it and adjust the salt, if necessary. Make little balls of approximately 40gr and put them in the fridge, while you prepare the coating.
Chop the peanuts and set aside. Melt the chocolate in bain marie. Take the balls out of the fridge. Dip each ball in the chocolate and, with the help of two forks, transfer them to the chopped peanuts bowl. Shake the bowl to coat evenly. Put the balls back in the fridge to set the coating and they are ready to be enjoyed!
TIP: Mix the excess chocolate and peanut and spread the mixture on parchment paper. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt. Refrigerate. Break into chunks and enjoy as a snack!
